You wake up on the wrong side of the bed; you stub your toe, the dog pooped in the house, and the coffee maker's broken. Does this sound familiar? Is this how your day started? 

Now stay with me for a moment because my number one big idea is super effective for me every time, taking me right out of this downward spiral. 

Realize Your Life Is Already Perfect

Let's start with big idea three: realize your life is already perfect. If you've been subscribed to this channel for a while, you've heard this idea, and we've explained it many times. If not, click here right now, and that will take you to a video where we go into more detail about this. 

Everything Positive Is True, and Everything Negative Is Matrix

Most Law of Attraction teachers teach that if you think positively, then positive things will happen, and if you think negatively, then negative things happen. Kay and I teach that everything positive is true and everything negative is matrix. If you are in a downward spiral, then that is because you are thinking wrong. 

You need to raise your perspective. You're probably living at a frequency of about two or three when you should be living at a nine or ten. Life is working for you, but you perceive your life as working against you. 

Stop Fixing Problems

Big idea number two is to stop fixing problems. When you focus on problems, that leads to more problems. 99% of the problems in your life will resolve themselves without your input. You need to get out of the way and stop focusing on problems. The best thing you can do is, be the best you can be. That happens by being in a good mood. Do the things that put you in a really good mood. 

I'm hoping that you have an incredibly fulfilling job and you can focus on that job. I'm hoping that you have tons of hobbies that you love to do, and you can do those hobbies. Hopefully, it's beautiful weather outside, and you can go out and enjoy the beautiful weather. 

If you are in the middle of a downward spiral, then the best thing that you can do is go out and feel great. Do whatever you have to do to get yourself into the feeling of enjoyment and peace. 

Get Alone and Journal

This is big idea number one: get alone and journal. I like to do two types of journaling: audio journaling and journaling in my favorite program, Roam Research. 

Let's start with audio journaling. I have an app on my phone called Otter, and I just hit the record button and start audio journaling. I talk out everything on my mind, and I try to focus on the positive. I count my blessings and think about the awesome things that I want to do with my life. 

You might be someone who likes to type a little bit better, and that's where Roam Research comes in. I open up Roam, start with a brain dump, list everything on my mind, and get all the negative things out. Then I work my way up the emotional scale to more positive things. 

So which one of these three big ideas is your favorite? Realizing that your life is already perfect? Stop fixing problems? Or getting alone and journaling?
